Scentsy Events are the heart of solidifying your conviction and enthusiasm of building your own Scentsy Business. Cooperate holds many different events throughout the year to help keep our zeel for doing what we Scentsy Consultants do. I am fortunate to say that this year I will be attending all of these events!
Scentsy Leadership retreat kicks off the beggining of the year for Directors and above. This is a week long event where Directors and above get to learn the latest news happening with Scentsy; get extensive training on how to run their business and help their teams succeed; get to spend time with their business amigos; and get to relax from it all with various activities.
This year, Leadership is near Cancun, Mexico! Rivera Maya to be exact! An all inclusive hotel where Independent Directors get to bask in the sun, see the Mayan ruins, zip line, and even explore in the underground rivers - cenotes.
Scentsy Boot Camp is an exciting opportunity for new Directors to get to know each other and to get the invaluable training necessary to grow their business and enhance their leadership skills. With a tour of the facilities and top notch training from Orville & Heidi Thompson themselves! This is an event that all new Directors don't want to miss!
Scentsy Spring Sprint is the ultimate of a mini-convention!! Cooperate picks and chooses their top cities in which consultants are thriving, and brings a convention to them!
This year Scentsy has picked 26 different cities with three different routes, sprinting across the United States! Great training is recieved at these, as well as FREE product for consultants to use for the arrival of the next season's products.
Every year there is a Scentsy Incentive Trip where they take their top earners and achievers to an all expense paid vacation.
This year, Scentsy is taking their consultants to the Dominican Rebublic for an amazing week filled with free airfare, hotel, food, activities, along with surprises left in the room!
This year, 2012, they will be taking close to 2,400 consultants to the Hard Rock Palace Resort. An elegant, 121-acre, resort set on the Eastern tip of the Dominican Republic in Punta Cana. It rests on one of the most beautiful beaches on this Caribbean island.
